I have been a car person since I graduated from the eighth grade. That was when I purchased my first car. It was a 1941 Oldsmobile convertible. We found it at a scrap yard in Dover NJ. I was curious and wanted to see how cars operated and this was an ideal time sample to take it apart and put it back together. I had a lot of fun and gained a lot of knowledge about cars from tinkering with for many years. Sadly, I never had the instinct to keep it in good operating condition as it would be a real classic now. I have restored many cars in my lifetime, mostly Oldsmobile. I currently have two classics that are often driven in the area.
